WHAT'S NEW WITH PAM:

I am so excited to share with you my newest venture! I have changed my business and my mission. I want my $$ to go to my own community, not a big corporation. As you know, dogs are my passion. So this new business venture helps all involved. Meaning, I am still doing what I love; working with wonderful people and good friends, but now I can take some of my profits and put it where I think it needs to be: Helping local Animal Shelters.

One new exciting thing I have added to my Small Dog Realty is"Running Fur A Paws". So far we have raised $1,640.00 for our animal shelter Heart of the Valley. Twenty two of us run in Austin Texas.

Team Small Dog plans to do 3 half marathons a year and pick different animal shelters to donate. It's about goals, having fun and helping.

You can go to crowdriserunning furapaws, check it out. You can also find information on my face book page, pam mccutcheon real estate broker.

  • Bozeman makes another Top List

As I sit by my window to watch the snow start to fall, I do believe winter is upon us.  Celebrating the holiday season this year began with a 10k run with Huffing for Stuffing before my Thanksgiving meal with loved ones. There is so much to be thankful for.

  • 2012 went fast too fast if you were a dog owner.

What a year in Bozeman Montana. Real estate wise,it was busy. Lot's of cash buyers and people taking advantage of the low interest rates.

  • Home break in's

It's that time of year again when home break in's are up. Many reasons why. Folks are out at Christmas parties, out of town visiting family and friends, lot's of gifts under the tree and holiday packages are often left on the door step of a home no one will be at until after work.

It's been a while since I have had time to blog. That is a good thing. Not for you my devoted fans but that just says I have been busy.

So,the question at hand is what is going on with the real estate market. In short,it's busy. From started condo's,rental property and homes over $700,000!

A lot of cash deals-interest rates are still below 4% and the economy in Bozeman seems to be strong.

Winter, although cold and bitter this year has been amazing.  Big Sky and Bridger bowl have had a record year. The snow is wonderful and our Gallatin valley and Madison has really been discovered.

More and more flights are coming into our new expanded airport,so it's easy to fly to Chicago,New York Dallas, and of course those flights to Vegas and Phoenix are cheap and great for a long weekend get away.

A buyer called me and asked me why Bozeman is so expensive(which it really isn't) but my answer was, come out and see!

If you love the outdoors, weather it is skiing, skating, snow shoeing,x-country skiing or fishing, hunting, biking, hiking, water sports-Bozeman has it all. Along with some fantastic restaurants, new and the oldies. Culture, people, low crime, not much traffic and the big blue sky, then Bozeman Montana is the place! Year round or second home. Summers and fall can't be beat!!

We have a wonderful university right here which keep the town really thriving. Expanded hospital, high tech businesses are here and strong.

Love to hear from you!
