The close-knit community, great schools and endless outdoor recreation, makes this an ideal location for our family to call home. It is an honor to help my clients with their real estate investments.” With children in the local schools and a background in education, Maranda spends many hours volunteering in our schools and with school boosters to support our students, teachers and education system.
Maranda earned a bachelor’s degree from Montana State University (Go Cats!) in 2001 and began her real estate career shortly afterwards with an emphasis on residential sales and home construction by managing and listing homes built by her family’s construction company. Over the next two decades, Maranda learned the ins and outs of home construction and how to best serve buyers and sellers. Her experience in both home construction and real estate sales gives her a special set of skills to assist her clients looking for land to build a home as well as builders or real estate investors looking to build or remodel homes.
