Bozeman has so much to offer for the outdoors. Like so many folks, I love to run out doors ,golf, hike you name it, but I am also getting older and starting to feel it more in my joints and I T Band. So when I saw the class on Chi running I had to check it out. Chi running/Chi walking injury free, faster,f arther and with more joy-that all sounded good to me.
